DESIGNED AROUND THE APPLICATION

A considered finish for airline & airport crew patches

Create a coordinated patch system for aviation-service uniforms using an authorised company emblem and approved crew wording. Chest badges, sleeve patches and name strips can share a restrained colour palette while fitting different garment panels. Define the team’s uniform standard first, then review the artwork and attachment against the actual shirts, jackets or bags used by staff. Share your artwork, required quantities and preferred dimensions for a specification review. We will discuss thread colours, edge finish and garment-compatible backing, then confirm the layout or sample requirements before production.

Airport service teams

Use approved company artwork on ground-service and support uniforms.

Crew identification

Coordinate a team emblem with names or department titles where required.

Uniform programmes

Check each garment panel before setting dimensions for a wider rollout.

Match the attachment

Sew-on, heat-seal and removable hook-and-loop options depend on the design and receiving garment. Confirm heat tolerance, laundry needs and whether both sides of a removable fastening are included.

Questions about airline & airport crew patches

Can you make an existing airline emblem?

Provide artwork you are authorised to use and the required uniform specification. This range does not imply an airline affiliation or permission to reproduce protected insignia.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send your approved artwork, quantities, finished dimensions, garment details and preferred attachment. Include exact names, dates or wording for every version that needs its own layout.

Can I review the design before production?

Discuss the artwork proof, embroidery digitisation and any physical sample requirement with your enquiry. Colours, lettering and placement should be approved against the agreed specification before production.
