BUILT AROUND YOUR EVENT
Plan the flags around the occasion
Help runners identify their race area at a mixed-distance event with coordinated 5K and 10K flags. Each distance can use its own approved graphic treatment while sharing the organiser's main identity and sponsor layout. Portable flags work well beside registration desks, assembly points and post-race meeting areas when placed according to the venue plan. For a combined order, list the quantities and artwork for each distance separately; this avoids confusion between similar-looking designs. Include the event date, indoor or outdoor setting and mounting surface so fabric options and complete display kits can be priced clearly.
Community race entry
Use small handheld or portable flags around welcome activities and participant information points.
Post-race meeting
Create recognisable meeting markers beyond the finish flow, following the organiser's crowd movement plan.

Questions about 5k & 10k race flags
Can a single order contain both 5K and 10K designs?
Yes. Provide separate artwork and quantities for each distance so both designs are included accurately in the quotation.
Can we order handheld and tall flags together?
Yes. List each format and quantity; printing, poles, bases and packaging can then be itemised.
Will colour alone distinguish the two races?
Use clear distance wording or symbols as well as colour. The final participant wayfinding layout should be approved by the organiser.
