DESIGNED AROUND THE APPLICATION

A considered finish for employee name patches

Make individual names easier to read on staff shirts, overalls and outerwear. Employee name patches can use a shared rectangular format with different names or role titles, allowing your team to keep the same overall uniform appearance. Letter height, contrast and available chest space matter more than adding extra decoration to a small strip. Share your artwork, required quantities and preferred dimensions for a specification review. We will discuss thread colours, edge finish and garment-compatible backing, then confirm the layout or sample requirements before production.

Personal names

Prepare individual spellings within a consistent staff name-strip layout.

Role titles

Distinguish reception, maintenance or service roles using approved wording.

Replacement uniforms

Keep a reference of the approved size and lettering for later enquiries.

Match the attachment

Sew-on, heat-seal and removable hook-and-loop options depend on the design and receiving garment. Confirm heat tolerance, laundry needs and whether both sides of a removable fastening are included.

Questions about employee name patches

Can names be supplied in both Arabic and English?

Yes. Supply the exact approved spelling in both languages. The proposed strip size and lettering must be reviewed to keep both scripts readable.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send your approved artwork, quantities, finished dimensions, garment details and preferred attachment. Include exact names, dates or wording for every version that needs its own layout.

Can I review the design before production?

Discuss the artwork proof, embroidery digitisation and any physical sample requirement with your enquiry. Colours, lettering and placement should be approved against the agreed specification before production.
