Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG artwork is helpful where available. Supply linked images and fonts or outlined text. If only raster artwork is available, send the highest-quality original for assessment.

Start with the product and its confirmed dimensions, then prepare the artwork for the agreed cutting or display template. A general rectangle is not a substitute for the actual feather, teardrop, canopy or fitted cover pattern. Send your logo source files and exact wording before a production proof is prepared.
Layout and safe areas
Keep essential text and logos away from seams, sleeves, zips and cut edges. The safe area depends on the approved product template; confirm it before finalising the design.
Colours and faces
Provide brand colour references and state whether the two faces use mirrored, repeated or different artwork. Screen colours alone do not guarantee a physical colour match.
Approval record
Review spelling, orientation, dimensions, logos and every artwork version in the proof. Production timing is agreed after the required approvals; changes can affect the schedule.

Can I use a screenshot of my logo?
It may not be suitable at print size. Send the original artwork or the best available file for assessment.
Where can I get the correct template?
Request a template for the selected product and confirmed hardware model. Generic downloaded templates may not fit.
Is a screen proof a physical colour sample?
No. A screen proof approves layout. Ask separately for any required material or colour sample.
