Company branding / FLAG GUIDE

How to Order Custom Company Logo Flags in Dubai

Order a custom company flag by agreeing the display purpose, dimensions, artwork and finishing before approving production. A clear brief makes quotations easier to compare and reduces the risk of receiving a flag that cannot fit your pole. For Dubai offices, exhibitions and branch networks, include a photograph of the intended location rather than relying only on a product name.

Start with the display requirement

Explain whether the flag will fly on a fixed outdoor pole, stand inside reception, sit on a desk or form part of an event kit. Give the quantity for each design and location. If you already own poles or bases, identify their model and fixing details. A replacement fabric order and a complete new display kit need different information in the enquiry.

Provide a usable brand file

Supply the approved logo file and brand guidance, including the correct language version. Vector graphics keep simple logos sharp when scaled, as Adobe explains. A PDF filename alone does not prove that the content is vector. Ask for an artwork check, and identify any photographs or detailed graphics that will need review at the finished print size.

Choose the viewing arrangement

Tell the supplier whether viewers approach from one side or both sides. A single layer can show a reversed image on the back; separately readable faces require a different construction. Ask how this affects weight, appearance and pole compatibility. Approve the orientation of lettering and logo placement on both faces where relevant, rather than treating double-sided as an interchangeable label.

Approve dimensions and finishing together

Confirm which measurement is width and which is height, and whether the quote includes sleeves, eyelets, clips or other fittings. Request the correct template before the designer finalises margins. Keep important details away from seams and attachment zones. The written approval should identify the exact artwork version, quantity, finished size and finishing so everyone works from the same record.

Send one complete enquiry

Share the product page or SKU with Orient Uniforms FZE, then add your required date, delivery location and any venue restrictions. Ask the quotation to state inclusions, exclusions and any sample or proof arrangements. Treat turnaround and delivery as items to confirm for that specific order. Retain the final brief so later branch orders can repeat the approved specification consistently.

Questions & answers

Can I order from a logo screenshot?

Send the best file you have for review, but expect a screenshot to need assessment or artwork preparation. It does not automatically contain enough detail for a large flag.

What should be approved before production?

Approve the design version, dimensions, quantity, viewing arrangement and attachments. Where colour is important, discuss a physical sample and its acceptance criteria before placing the complete order.
