Identify the model
An original order reference, frame model or approved cutting template is more reliable than a size label alone. If the construction is uncertain, a sample fit may be required before the main quantity.
Confirm what is excluded
A graphic-only quote excludes poles, frames and bases unless separately listed. If a damaged component prevents fit approval, replacement hardware may need a separate enquiry.
Keep a reorder reference
Retain the approved artwork, final measurements and product SKU. Repeat orders still require confirmation of quantity, component changes and delivery requirements.
